  In the culinary world, the beautifully fluffy, white meringue is a sheer wonder. Made with just egg whites and sugar, it can be __1__ into a variety of delectable sweets, including soft or crisp cookies and pastries, and it can even be used as a topping for pies and icing for cakes.
